I'm not sure how much public exposure you guys want, but I would suggest not using Flash for your main site. Although I noticed you do have meta tags, search engines cannot crawl Flash, which means you won't get as high a rank. You can do a lot of the things you have done with flash using Javascript, which allows a higher ranking in google, and is also a lot faster in terms of loading time.
Evidence you ask? For your flash menu, try
jQuery. Looks the same, but you'll get indexed!
