Anyways, whats a good Sci-fi game, really feel like getting into a nice sci-fi game. Can be any genre but probably not so much mmo because i hate monthly fees.
Cheers

StarCraft I & II when its released [RTS]
Halo 2, 3, ODST when its released [FPS]
Gears of War II [3PS]
Dues Ex [RPG, one of the best ever written if I remember correctly]
Half-Life series
Dawn of War II [Really cool RTS, currently undergoing some major changes via a massive patch, Relic is finally giving it a map editor!]
Homeworld series [Ancient but awesome space-based RTS]
Freelancer [Incredible space combat/simulation game, is essentially an MMORPG now in its own special way; has survived 10 years in spite its faults thanks to immense modding capability, I'm on the official RP server for Discovery Mod if you're ever lookin' to get on there, but heads up, its an RP mod]
Supreme Commander[: Forged Alliance] [RTS; The descendant of Total Annihilation; Amazing massive battles and strategic depth, Forged Alliance is its stand alone expansion and is the only one I have; Story is...run-of-the-mill, to say the least, but the game overall is great fun; also has an awesome UI and a POWERFUL waypoint system for giving troops orders]
Doom 3 [FPS; if you haven't played this, you must. Well made horror setting, excellent immersive sci-fi environments I'd recommend for studying]
Crysis [I think you know why]
Thats all I can remember right now, but those are the important ones.

System Shock 2 is the best game ever made (in terms of design). However, in terms of art, my fav is UT3.
